About Leader Bay coaching

Coaching is a powerful partnership grounded in deep listening, curiosity, and your inner wisdom. While insights can spark a breakthrough during a session, lasting transformation unfolds in the space between sessions, when you turn insights into action and follow through your commitments. Among the many coaching approaches available, the method I use is called Ontological Coaching - practice centered on shifting your way of being, not just what you do.

I’m Anđela Petrović Byles, a wife, daughter, sister and a passionate nature enthusiast. I bring over a decade of global corporate work experience and a passion for personal growth and learning. 

Coaching has been instrumental in my journey, fueling both career alignment and deep transformation. Today I serve as Director of Organizational Development at a Fortune 100 company and I hold an ICF-aligned Level 2 accreditation (on track toward PCC certification).

I use my coaching experience both within the corporation I work for and with my private clients at Leader Bay. Inspired by what my coaching has unlocked in others, I am excited to help reveal what is possible for you, and guide you toward your own version of greatness.
